Modern villa with seductive sea views
This new construction near Puerto Pollensa was developed on an elevated plot to maximise its bay views, whispering sea breeze and natural light. The ultra-modern villa was designed to create a spacious and elegant atmosphere, using clear lines and rugged stone.
High-end materials were combined to create a modern family home, with five bedrooms and various living spaces using glass and steel. The villa is nestled comfortably on its elevated position with stunning views of Pollensa Bay, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Inside, no expense was spared when creating the sophisticated interior. Modern and custom-built furniture was incorporated to match the wooden elements, including wardrobes, sliding doors and designer kitchen.
Rich fabrics embellish each room, matched by modern lighting. The neutral tones and pops of vibrant colours are complemented by the exuberant views of the light blue sky, dark grey mountains, green stone pines and the turquoise swimming pool. The sea view terraces and outdoor jacuzzi were specially designed to elevate and supercharge the senses.
With all the makings of a cinematic lair, this villa also includes its own cinema room with thrilling mood lighting.
