A house open to the Mediterranean
Located on the shores of the Mediterranean, this homely house sits on a small cove in the north of Mallorca. Its owners requested a simple low-maintenance house, so that it didn’t prove complicated to maintain whilst they were away. The result could be considered as a perfect home for rest, relaxation and wonderful views.
LF91 has worked meticulously to achieve a renovation integrated both in the pre-existing space and in the environment that surrounds it. Carbon fibre pieces were used to reinforce the structure of this project. The fusion of neutral colours and the use of organic materials, such as local Binissalem stone and natural oak elements, have allowed for greater adaptation to that Mediterranean essence.
Each room breathes that timeless visual aesthetic, characteristic of luxury brand furniture which adds a touch of warmth, combining genres, colours and textures, emphasizing its more sophisticated side and at the same time, achieving a cozy effect that invites you to contemplate the landscape from any of the spaces that can be found throughout the house.
