The light and the sky blue colour flood this fantastic country house in an idyllic setting, consists of 4 rooms all with spacious en-suite bathrooms finished in polished concrete, wood and glass, in every step we try to respect with modernity the Majorcan essence of this type of property. Kitchen/dining room/lounge in the same area, giving great aplitude, living room and toilet, swimming pool and chill-out area, nothing is left to chance. The façade has been given a traditional feel with the use of stone cladding with mortar and Mallorcan shutters.
Inside, polished concrete has been used for all the flooring throughout the house, stone for the shower and wc cubicle in the main bathroom, Zellige tiles for the showers in the ground floor bedrooms, terrazzo for the washbasins in all the bathrooms, traditional latticework for the wardrobe doors and sepí wood for the interior doors.
